RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS FLOW

At Infinity Harbor Shop, we aim for your complete satisfaction with your order. To make your experience effortless, we've outlined our return and exchange process.

Unworn or unwashed merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original order date, accompanied by original tags and packaging.

For online order returns, refunds, and exchanges, please use our returns process through our customer service team via live chat or email at support@infinityharborshop.com.

Please note that health/wellness items cannot be returned or exchanged.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

To initiate the returns process:

  1. Send an email to our customer service team at support@infinityharborshop.com with your Name, Order Number, Picture of the defective product/incorrect item, and reason for return/refund.
  2. Upon receiving the request, our customer service team will review the order and provide feedback within 24-48 hours.
  3. If the order qualifies, our team will provide you with a shipping address for the return.
  4. Package your return, including the provided shipping address, and drop it off at any shipping facility. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs.
  5. You'll be notified upon receipt at our warehouse. Options:
    • Refund to your original payment method in 3-5 business days.
    • Replacement sent within the next 72 hours.
